- Brut wines & tours says: take your pick! How do you prefer to explore the area? Okay, most of the guests prefer golf carts 🙂

We are Brut wines & tours – discover the Limburg regional products and wines with us! Terroir is French for ‘soil’. In winemaking, it broadens to include (pre)history, the building stones, the winemaker’s passion, in short: the context.
You taste a wine and you’re completely crazy about it. Wonderful! At Brut wines & tours, you taste the wine where it comes from, with your feet in the mud, or the dust. The winemaker pours you another. Experience Limburg and all it has to offer – with all your senses! You can be critical – the quality will impress.
Haspengouw has a tradition and potential for both fruit and wine cultivation. The ‘Wijngaardstraten’ (Vineyard Streets) in our villages testify to the history, the new bottles are surprising and diverse.
Brut wines and tours present the new chapter. And let you read between the lines – you’re involved. We visit major players like Genoelselderen, but also micro-producers, young winemakers. The ones you’ll later say: ‘I knew that wine before it was on the market’.
The essence: a fun time with friends or colleagues in a region you discover from its most beautiful and delicious side. Actively discovering, tasting, lots of laughing. In the sun. Or in the rain – a very different, yet fascinating experience.

Brut wines and tours – the why.
Brut wines and tours has been pioneering in (Limburg) wine and regional tourism since 2004. Why? Because we are passionate about wine and our region, and we 100% believe in the quality and potential of what is here, grows here, and what passion creates from it.
For Brut wines, the store, we’ve been traveling since 2004 to European AOCs in Spain, Italy, …, and in 2017 also in Australia and New Zealand. Enchanting vineyards, passionate winemakers, beautiful landscapes. And these three – well, we also have them in Haspengouw and Mergelland. Wine growing here is already beyond ’emerging,’ with more and more 2nd and 3rd generation businesses, and young winemakers from here getting educated in ‘classical’ wine countries.
Join us on a wine route through our winemaking, a traditio interruptus!
What was missing here was the ‘colle,’ the ‘glue’ between them – and that is Brut wines & tours. The soil, the climate, the grape, and the passion of the winemaker create the context, the background, and let you taste the region – with all your senses. We let you see and taste it.
